Today, Personhood Colorado submitted approximately 80,000 signatures in an attempt to place an amendment on the upcoming ballot to rob Colorado women of their reproductive rights. These anti-choice forces need only 76,047 certified signatures to put this extreme measure on the ballot. If you don't think your rights are at risk, they are.
You should know the truth.
- TRUTH: 'Definition of a person' could ban all abortion procedures, even in cases of rape, incest, or when the health or life of the woman is at risk.
- TRUTH: 'Definition of a person' could outlaw use of the Pill, IUDs and other safe, effective methods of birth control.
- TRUTH: 'Definition of a person' could severely restrict access to in-vitro fertilization for Colorado.

I have seen the Catholic Church picketing for this new amendment 62 here in Trinidad Colorado. They held signs right in front of planned Parenthood. Now they want to hold a protest at quality inn so people can see them when they drive to walmart. No one wants this amendment 62 in Las Animas County except the Catholics.
